I am wondering if Paraffin Wax is interchangeable with Paramount Crystals.  My mother used to add a small amount of Paraffin Wax to her chocolate to keep it from melting in our hands.  It worked quite well.  I don't have Paraffin Wax, but I do have Paramount Crystals, and am wondering if I can use this instead, or do I need to buy Paraffin Wax?
