What do you guys think about this combination

Vanilla cake with white chocolate mousse filling and raspberry preserves (jam)

I think it'll taste great! I've actually made almost the same combination myself (I had one layer of raspberry mousse, one layer of white chocolate mousse as well as the raspberry preserves) :) You can maybe add a little very finely grated lime zest to the white chocolate mousse if you like. It goes really well with the raspberries.

I do a white chocolate and vanilla bean ,  raspberry swirl mudcake and it is always a winner. I say go for it.

 Cazza, Get the raspberry essence from Carolines, it is the best . I also like the aldi raspberry conserve in it.
