Hello. I understand most of the cottage food law, but some parts I do not fully understand, especially for doing cake decorating. I understand that things that are baked need to be labeled, but how does this work for a cake decorating business?? You can't very well slap a label on a decorated cake...?

No, you can't slap the label on the cake, but you can put it on the box you give the cake to your client in.  If I am delivering the cake to the party and taking the box, I hand the client a piece of paper that has my logo and business info on it along with the ingredient list.
