How To Make Hydrangea Flower Topper

AI am making a cake that has hydrangea flowers and would like to make a hydrangea bouquet for the topper. How do I go about making the topper a round bouquet? I've seen tutorials on how to wire the bouquet, but do I just stick the wired bunch into the top, or how do I make it look nice and round? I hope this makes sense. :)
ABy either bunching them together until you think it's full enough, or you can bunch them together in smaller groups and then stick them in a half styrofoam ball. OR you can stick each hydrangea wire in a styro ball individually. Whatever way you choose, be very careful and make A LOT extra because they break very easily.
I found this today and bought one for myself so cannot tell you more than that, but apparently using flower paste fondant the hydrangea comes out really well. Ebay for £7.29 . Hope that helps - sorry can't help with the bunching it up question. I am booked onto a flower making course in June so would be able to help in a few months time but I guess that won't help you right now ! good luck !
AUse very fine wire for each.flowerhead and bend slightly to mimic real stems. I bunch three at a time and tape together. They look better in odd numbers so gather 3 bunches of 3 or five of three then tape together. Keep the wires fairly short and use tweezers to angle the heads rather than bending them by hand as they are really fragile. You could then insert the whole little bouquet into a flower pick or straw and put it directly into the cake or ribbon it with satin in the bridal colours and simply lay it on the top tier with the ribbon tails trailing down?
