I have found a recipe that makes 10 mini bundt cakes and I would like to make layer cake instead.     Should I make one or two layers and what size pan?      I am at my daughter's house and she does not have a bundt pan but the recipe looks good and I would like to make it for my grandchildren.

i'm probably too late here--but often bundt cakes need narrow loaf pans or the hole in the middle of the pan so they bake right--

Thank you.     I couldn't get mini bundt pans where my daughter lives so I bought a regular one.    It turned out fine.      I will make this recipe again.

sweet success ;) high five

but i am a sucker for nordic pans--oh be still my beating heart --i love the medium size roses, 6 to the pan  --you can stick one on top of a regular bundt pan for a spectacular look--i border it with baby's breath--and the castles and the train and shortbread and the sunflower one and i've given away more nordic ware stuff--i love it

nordic's got some wonderful pans--brilliant stuff -- it's all i can do to not get more
