Any UK bakers about?

I've not really worked with this type of icing before, I'm looking for a good and stable whipped cream icing for a strawberries and cream chiffon cake. I've looked online for a few but there aren't many reviews.
Could someone please share one they've tested or know if recipes that are purely cream and sugar are less reliable than those than include butter?
