This is my first time making MMF, but I'm not sure where to store it and for how long so it can set. Do you store in the refrigerator? Please help, thank you!

AI've just stored mine in the pantry. Make sure you put a nice coating of Crisco on the leftover fondant, wrap it really good with plastic wrap then put it in a zip lock bag, pushing all the air out before sealing shut.

I've read that it is good for 6 months+! My very first batches of leftover fondant were from July 2013. My daughter took it out of the pantry last week and it was Still good. I've also read that if it starts to smell bad then throw it out, but if no odor can still use.

Hope this helps. My daughter and I are newbies to the cake baking world, as of the beginning of this year. We are loving it! :)

I store my leftovers in the refrigerator packaged just like madewithloveYG.  When I need to use it I take it out and let it sit to room temperature overnight.  This will soften it up in order to use again.

AI store my left overs in the freezer. And then thaw to reuse :)

AI used to store mine in the fridge, but have started keeping it wrapped in Saran Wrap, placed in ziplock bags and then put is an airtight plastic bowl. I store it on the counter...I would say it stays fresh for couple months at least. I found that even stored properly and brought to room temp, the fridge tended to dry it out more...
