I finally invested $80.00 and got a lexmark photo printer. I have a Kodak camera but the printing dock was $125.00 dollars on sale..add the price of the ink and the paper...and it would only work with my kodak.

I went to K-mart and saw the Lexmark on sale and it prints off the memory cards, and it has several sizes of memory card slots!!!

I have about 300 pictures in my Kodak and pretty much filled the cards on my other cameras...lol

I'm a picture hound!!

Sooooooooo....I got the one that I can print off any of the cameras memory cards and finally can get those pictures of cakes OUT of the cameras and into my hot little hands so I can finally update my portfolios!

Woooo Hoooo....I'm deliriously happy!

(plus I can print those photos of my new grandbaby..hehehe!)

I'm a picture fiend too...can't take enough! I upload mine to www.kodakgallery.com AND I print mine out. That way, I don't have to be careful about deleting them and I don't have a lot of CDs or memory sticks laying around.

My son reformatted my computer and for some reason my Kodak software has been compromised and I can't delete the pictures from my camera.

I'm tired of running around getting the memory card to the photo finishing place and getting them to do it and putting them on cd's...

Also...at school we HAVE to take pictures of all our work...actually from start to finish..and put them together in a notebook with our school recipes, so I needed to have the photo printer at home to do it on MY time.

You all know how it is, we cake decorators keep weird hours..lol
