Hello! I am making the toppers above(butterflies and birds) with gumpaste and edible prints over the top. 

I will need to ship these interstate for a friend. Any suggestions on how to pack these? 

Also, would you suggest making these with 100% gumpaste or fondant with tylose??

Any advice on you cakey genuises out these would be much appreciated!
