AHi guys! Just wanted to know does chocolate whipped cream frosting need to be refrigerated? And can you put fondant cupcake toppers on the frosting?

Yes and yes.
Just put the toppers on at the last possible moment, and depending on how stable your cream is though, a good 8 hours outside a fridge is ok.
