AGood morning!

I am interested in learn into make sugar flowers - and some other techniques, like covering square cakes in fondant and making the cakes that look like gifts! I have taken about 6 craftsy classes and I like them, but they are pricey to piecemeal together for someone not making anything from cakes yet! I was looking at the beginner sugar flower class from Nicholas Lodge (29.99) or $10 a month for the Zambito classes.

Question: does anyone know if the Zambito subscription offers access to all her DVD videos? A friend recommended them to me and it looks like she includes them if you sign up for her subscription? how in depth are they? I need very clear instruction because when I just read stuff, my mind comes up with 100 questions.
