I am sorry if this has been posted before but I have many recipes for salted caramel including Georgetown Cupcakes caramel recipe, however whenever I want to drizzle them on top of cupcakes the caramel melts into one big goop.  It tastes good but I want the presentation to be there.  Anyone have any tips or good recipes?  Btw I do refrigerate it before drizzling.  I would like it to be as thick as Georgetown Cupcakes caramel drizzle.

AThis is the best caramel sauce ever! You can heat it up a little if you want to drizzle it.
