AHi,

I have been asked to make a chocolate cake in the shape of 80 and they want some different little fondant pieces on it to represent what the guy likes. So do you think it should be chocolate sponge with white fondant even though that doesn't look chocolatey?

Or is there another way to cover it that looks more chocolatey but will still work with different fondant elements on?

Also is there anything I should know before attempting an 80 shaped cake!!

Thanks in advance!
