Hi! My 18th birthday is approaching and my Mum had the wonderful suggestion of creating some alcohol or cocktail cupcake flavours (as 18 is the legal drinking age here) 

So far I've done:

Pina colada (coconut cupcake filled with pineapple filling topped with coconut cream/malibu SMB) 

Baileys chocolate cupcake (chocolate cupcake brushed with chocolate liqueur topped with baileys SMB) 

There are so many other flavour ideas I have in mind, such as 

Strawberry daiquiri (strawberry cake brushed with rum topped with strawberry SMB) 

Screwdriver- Orange cupcake with orange SMB possibly brushed with vodka + splash of vodka in the frosting 

Tiramisu (Has anyone tried doing a mascarpone swiss meringue?)  

I have also been dying to have a go at the jello shot cupcakes (idea from here: http://www.mandymortimer.com/cocktail-cupcakes/) 

But ah! I only have 18 days left until my birthday (no where near enough time to try all of the flavours I want to try) so I was wondering if you guys could give me some pointers/what flavours you think work best or what flavours you know are wonderful from previous experience? 

Just some other notes: 

- I don't really like the idea of alcohol in the batter. As these are for teens I want the flavours/alcohol side of things to be quite strong and noticable 

- I only use swiss meringue buttercream for frosting
