I am making a cannoli filled cake , I plan on making it the night before the party, the includes covering it in fondant, decorating and the stacking it the next day. I am going to make star bursts, how far in advance can I do that. Also I am going to coat in in chocolate ganache before I cover in fondant. Is that a good combo with the cannoli?
