ASo everyone has seen the chocolate covered straweberries with the disco dust on them to make them glitter. How about the ones with sanding sugar. I tried my batch last night and could not figure out how to get the sanding sugar to look right. Do I have to wait until the chocolate hardens or do I apply the sanding sugar after I did the strawberry?
AI've never done them but I work with chocolate and have used sanding sugar on other things like cupcakes and cake pops. You will need to add the sanding sugar before the chocolate hardens otherwise it won't stick.
