I need to make a hazelnut cake, and I was wondering if I am able to start off with the original WASC recipe. use a white or chocolate box mix, add in hazelnuts at the end, and maybe use half sour cream half nutella? would this work?

AI would probably use hazelnut coffee creamer instead of water or milk and add the nuts and sour cream to a white cake batter. However, if you like chocolate cake the nutella sounds good but I don't think I would use the sour cream.
