My friend asked me to make a smash cake for her and I love the way the icing was done on this one, but have no clue what tip or technique to replicate it. Any ideas?

1M or 2D make similar looks.  Do little swirls, start from the center and go out.

This looks like someone trying to use a translation app.  It's like a puzzle... I'll take a stab at it:

My friend asked me to make a ??? for her and I love the way the icing was done on this one, but have no clue what tip or way to copy it.  Any ideas?

Any thoughts as to what "accident block" could mean?

Wow, Pastrylady, you are good.  I never would have figured it out.  In my defense there was another spammer this morning which maybe made more suspicious.  You are quite a linguistic detective.  It looks like the post was removed, but it really asked the same question as the OP, which I tried to answer in my first reply.

Dennetteb: that was the weird part that it was the exact same question as the OP... which you did answer perfectly ;-D  I couldn't resist the challenge of the puzzle, I'm hoping it's helping to keep my brain young...
