AI am making a mud cake, wedding cake for a friend, didn't realise the cross over with dates as I will be overseas from 28th feb, the wedding is 15th march so I'm wondering if its still possible for me to make the cake over2 weeks prior to the wedding? Getting stressed, she doesn't want fruit cake :-/ Eeeek Hope someone can help!
