Hi

I am hoping someone out there can help. I have to make a Hello Kitty face stacked on another rectangular cake at the base. Should I put a cake board and dowels under the Hello Kitty? I have attached a pic of what i have to make. I made this a couple of years ago when I was doing cakes only for my daughters birthday, but I now I have a customer order. I did not know about dowels and individual cake boards then, so i had just placed the hello kitty on top. But knowing of possible disasters that can happen, I was to know what you guys would do.

Thanks
