Hi basically seen a lot if videos on decorating with whipped cream making roses other flowers etc and they all explain how they get the non dairy stabilised cream there, has anyone in uk had any luck? I've tried elmlea which is already a non dairy stabilised cream and what's more I have tried stabilising it further but it is impossible to hold the piping bag which I'm sure causes warmth from hands and then to take your time and try doing intricate designs I have done roses but have had to work very fast it's soft it's not stiff like their cream .....😁 it's driving me crazy coz I keep getting people wanting fresh cream fondant and buttercream is just not popular
