I have started making a cake, made 1 choc mudcake (cut in half) and one white mudcake (cut in half)

So I have 4 cakes, all 20cms high.  I want my cake to be higher

Would it be too much to make say a blue coloured mudcake? or would it look stupid?  I have only seen people make them 4 levels high the most
