I have a cake to do for a high tea in February but I can't work out what sizes to make the cakes.
I need to feed around 250 people but it's no big deal if I have to make a few extra cakes for the kitchen.
I have attached (hopefully) a rough drawing of what I was thinking.
If you could give me some ideas as to cake sizes I would really appreciate it.
