So I am making cupcakes for a winter wonderland themed birthday party. My customer wanted blue icing but I was trying to come up with something to throw on top of the cupcake to look like snow. I tried 10x sugar and flour, but after a couple hours they just dissolve. Does anybody have any ideas that I can try??

ASnowflake sprinkles? Molded or modeled snowflakes, if you want to go bigger with more detail.

Thank you for the ideas, ladies! I ended up driving to town and found some snowflake sprinkles!
