Recently when baking I'm having a lot of trouble with the centre, can you understand why?
I used to make great fluffy cakes with the same recipe and I'm now not sure what to do 😩
My recipe is 150g of unsalted butter, sugar & sr flour and 3 eggs!
I used to bake at 180degrees before my cakes started burning on the outside, I now bake at 150 but they have started going weird all of a sudden!
