Has anyone tried Micheles Marvelos Fondant recipe? I have made it for a wedding cake but havent tried covering the cake yet. It seems like it will be wonderful to work with.  It tastes very yummy too.

After the humidity story I think I will wait till it quits raining to cover my cakes!
