Also, how to keep the chocolate warm until I get to the site to setup.

You'll need a microwave or something to warm the chocolate up at the site, you won't be able to keep it warm en route. I have no idea how much chocolate that would take. You'll probably have to get a dozen doughnuts and practice on your own to see how much it takes to cover that many the way you want them to look.

Chocolate donut glaze surely.

Is this 7 dozen your first time making chocolate glazed donuts?

Seven dozen is only 84. Are your instructions to build a pyramid using seven dozen? Or to build a pyramid that looks like the photo? (There are way more donuts in that photo, than just seven dozen.)

My instructions are for 7 dozen. I do not have to make the doughnuts. The bride just asked me to assemble pre bought doughnuts and pour the choc on them. I am doing the bridal cake and this is the grooms "cake"
Kikiandkyle - do you have a recipe?

For the chocolate, if there is no access to a microwave, I would suggest a small crockpot.

I've made a giant chocolate frosted donut, I used this for the glaze

It's kind of hard to find now but if you can find it it's perfect. I wouldn't use plain old melted chocolate if they're supposed to be like regular donuts.

You could also try this recipe, I've never used it but it sounds right

I would take the warm glaze to the venue in a vacuum flask to keep it warm.
