Hello cake professionals,
Can someone share a 1-pound pineapple Upside down cake recipe? doesn't have to be this kind of cake, I just want a recipe I can get a 1-pound cake from.

AYes. I bake for hobby, no for living, and my boyfriend's best friend wants me to make two of this cake for him for thanksgiving. He's going to pay me for that. Not my first time baking though. I've done it at home in a 9' pan. Here they charge for pounds, that is why I'm so confused.
