I've never posted on here before, but I REALLY need help.  I'm making a wedding cake shaped just like a castle.  They want it to be a full sheet, double stacked.  I don't see how I can make it a castle without using fondant, but is it even possible to cover a cake that big with fondant without a fondant sheeter? Any ideas how to do this?  Any tips would be appreciated.

you could panel the pieces (sides, top) and then meter the seams before hiding them with decoration.

I thought about doing that.  Is there a way to hide the seams without using extra decoration?
