Do you know how what  SANS RIVAL CAKE is?? is it the same with PAVLOVA?. need your help..

AThey are both meringue based dessert but while Pavlova usually has whipped cream and fruit toppings, Sansrival is layered with buttercream. Also themeringue for Sansrival has chopped cashews folded in.

Sans Rival is the same as dacquoise... different types of ground up nuts can be used such as Almonds, cashew, macadamia etc.. I hope this helps.
