Mousse And Fondant?

I'm making a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse between layers.  Can I use the same mousse to attach the fondant onto the cake?

NO. Mousse has a high moisture content and it will melt your fondant. Make sure you use a damn around each layer of filling or the mousse will melt the side of your cake too.
