Hey guys i have a quick question on piping a buttercream rope design up the sides of an entire cake. What type of buttercream would be best to use for this? When i do ruffles around a cake i usually use a SMBC but with the rope effect i feel like an american buttercream will work better. What do you think? Ill attach a picture of what i am looking to achieve!! Thanks so much! Also any tips on doing this actual rope design would help me very much!!!
