pouring water out of isomalt?

I want to make water pouring out of a spout with isomalt sticks. What is the best way to do this? I was thinking of getting a wire, bending into a curved shape and then pouring the the melted isomalt down it. Would it harden quick enough?
Thanks for any help!

I wouldn't use poured sugar, I would use pulled. Comes out beautiful.

Yes and no, you have to get it to just right the consistency. It can be tricky stuff. And it hardens so fast. I know you don't need to be told this, but be careful. I work with small amounts here and therd and am usually very careful, but I burned a huge portion of my thumb a few weeks back, and it's barely now healed over.

DO you mean pour real water from a sugar / isomalt spout? Or sugar made to look like water?  Water melts sugar or isomalt, but I have seen people try to use it to hold liquids, with bad results....

Isomalt is super easy to work with. I use the powder, add a tiny bit of sugar & trace of color added at 280F, heat to 335 then shock pan to stop cooking anf then pour into mold or pull into shape.

Thanks for the replies. @shasha2727 -- I want sugar to look like water pouring from a spout.

I have very little experience with isomalt and have NO idea how to do pulled sugar so I am looking for the best way a newbie can attempt this. if I want to pull it, do I let it harden a little then kind of knead and shape.

Check Google "Cake Play Isomalt"....they have good videos for the nibs & sticks. I think you could pour the slightly cooled melted isomalt onto a silicone mat into the shape your looking for. By layering a little at a time, pour let cool, then melt & pour another layer, you could get the appearance of some motion.  By pulling the melted materials it gets a sheen & looses the clarity you want for water. But you could roll it to round the 'stream' while warn with rubber gloves.  Do check Google, tho, it's got good information on Isomalt, which I find easier to use than sugar....
