I live in Spain and am making a golf themed cake for this Friday. It is a Madeira cake with a BC filling and ready to roll icing on to cover it.
Do I need to cover the cake with BC before I use the icing?
Also which is best to use for the grass BC or RI? Im just worried that the BC will melt it is due to be about 26c here on Friday.
Very new to cake decorating so any information and help is really appreciated.
