AI want to attach silver dragees to a gumpaste tiara. I plan on letting it dry and then spraying with pearl lustre spray. What is the best way to add dragees and sugar pearls?

You can use piping gel, royal icing, buttercream, or white candy melts. Candy melts dry the fastest & piping gel never dries, but it's clear.
