AHi!

I've some smuckers butterscotch syrup and I would like to know if its possible to use it in frostings? (I've tried putting too much orange juice last time in my icing and the liquids and butter totally separated. So I dot want the same thing to be happening to my butterscotch frosting!)

The recipe is 3oz butterscotch, 3oz powdered sugar and 4oz butter and 4oz cream cheese.

(Looks like there's too little icing sugar but I usually use the same recipe when using home made caramel and it works :) )

AThanks for the reply! I mean when I made the frosting with home made caramel it was fine (: because the smuckers butterscotch doesn't look as thick as I would like it to be (as compared to home made caramel)
