I would love opinions on isomalt gems.  Is it more cost effective to buy colored isomalt or color it yourself.  How would you color isomalt? Also can anyone suggest a particular mold for gems to bedazzle a fondant high heel?

color it yourself.  You can order clear isomalt and make as many different colors as you want, as opposed to having just one color.

I don't have a problem coloring it myself but is luster dust the only option to color them?
