bought one on vacation at a stop n shop and cannot find it in my area stop n shop not even 80 miles away.  I am located in southeastern mass. near the city of Brockton.  can you help me locate a stop n' shop in my area who might make the tuxedo truffle mousse cake in my area?   or a recipe would  be greatly appreciated.

It is doubtful that your Stop and Shop made the tuxedo truffle mousse cake you purchased.  They probably bought it from a purveyor for resale, like Sysco.  That is where I would start.
