AHey guys. I wanting to make a German chocolate cake tomorrow. I bought a Betty Crocker mix thinking I could just doctor it up. I read online that you can add a can of the coconut pecan frosting to the batter. Is this true? Lol what else should I do? Thanks

I use a butter pecan cake mix and add the coconut pecan frosting into the cake mix, add 5 eggs, 2/3 cup of oil, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 cup chopped nuts.

Mix all together in large bowl including frosting. (stir by hand after adding frosting.) Pour into large bundt pan. Sprayed well. Bake 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.

This is my go to cake recipe when I need a cake fast.
