Cant Seem To Find Shopping Bag Tutorial

Been searching high and low but can't seem to find a tutorial for small shopping bags that I can use as cake decor/ cake toppers . please help

I had to make a lord and taylor shopping bag as a cake topper.   I just cut paper to size I want and then used that  as a template for the bag.  I mixed fondant and tylose, cut to size and let dry for several days.  I use matching  melted chocolate to glue sides together...

ALord and taylor bag? Never heard of it.. how big is it?
