I been wanting to make a marshmellow smore cupcake frosting. Do you guys know any recipe that will make this frosting? and what tip to use to pipe into this look? Thank you so much for your time.

In order to get a large mound of buttercream on my cupcakes, I always use a large round piping tip. I really like Ateco's piping tips.
Have you considered that it might just be a meringue, like on lemon meringue pie?
