How do I make the "rose " pattern on a cake? I did a search and I know someone has posted the instruction before but I cannot find it. I am not sure what tip to use or how to make it look like a rose.

Go to YouTube and search "buttercream swirl roses" and you should see a bunch of tutorials. Basically it's a 2D tip and you just start in the center and swirl around he outside a couple of rounds. Hard to describe, but easy to do. I think you can also use a 1M tip.

Thank you so much, I couldn't remember the correct name for them. I will search on You-tube.
