AI don't have a very clear, detail shot but it looks like a 'Fleur de Lis'

I think you could also find it in a baroque mold of some kind.

I think the mold is actually made by Sugar Art Molds. I just bought from her directly but you can also find her at https://www.etsy.com/shop/SugarArtMolds or www.sugarartmolds.com 

 

Check back often. They've got about 50 different designs of the most beautiful ornate molds I've ever seen!
