I need to know how to choose the correct sizes and shapes for a 4 tiers wedding cake,starting with a 14 Inches square and ending a   ?  inches round.  Please help me to choose the best way to create a beautifull wedding cake.

generally you need to know how many people the cake is serving.....

Here is a helpful tool to help you figure out which sizes will feed that many people http://www.wilton.com/cakes/making-cakes/baking-wedding-cake-2-inch-pans.cfm

A 14" square feeds 98 people so that would be too much cake ....

Thanks for the information, But another questions when you use same shapes you use 2  or 3 inches between sizes but what?  when you use square and round 

what is the rule to follow? The same or differents.

I don't do wedding cakes, but I can tell you that there are no rules! get some cake dummies and try different configurations is the best advice I can give. Look at different wedding cakes on google images and see what looks good to you...I'm surprised some of the wedding cake experts haven't replied. https://www.google.com/#q=square+and+round+wedding+cake+pictures

Maria...you said you need 115 servings.   You already have 98 servings in a 14x14.     When I am incorporating different shapes into one design, (after I know the servings) I get out my pans and start playing to see what looks good on what.   Once you have your design, you can also plug the sizes into this website for your total servings.

This is a great calculator when you are combining different shapes.   You are going to have WAY more than 115 servings in almost any 4 tier combination.    Another option is making the 14x14 a dummy tier.

A square on top of a round needs a 4" difference. For example, if you want to put a square 8" tier on a round tier, you'll need a 12" round. However an 8" round can go on a 10" square just fine.

4" doesn't do it for all sizes (depending on the size, you need anywhere from 1.66 - 7.46 inches larger to prevent overhang)...

 

here are the right angle (diagonal) measurements for squares:
