ADon't know if anyone else has figured this out, but it's new to me, so I figured I'd share.

I have always used wooden dowels when rolling out my cookies, because I knew no better way (Don't like the rolling pin guides AT ALL). I hated that my dowels would warp though, and washing them wasn't easy. Well today I couldn't find my dowels and looked until I found a suitable replacement - Plastic hangers. I just cut the bottom piece off and now I have "dowels" that are actually washable. And if I lose them, I have a million more I'm my closet.
