Hi

I decided after all my research and feed back from here to purchase a Fat Daddio's  cast turntable

I have tried for days but I cannot get one anywhere .Seem to be completely sold out.

Would you buy an Ateco 612 or 613 ?

Do they both have the ball bearings?

I see some have found them to be a bit uneven when turning.

I  have never used one but am wanting to start with a great one so I only ever have to buy the one.

All your  turntable experiences and advice genuinely appreciated.

I really need to get on and make the purchase.

Thanks again.

This is the one I'm ordering it's like a lazy Susan but heftier. I've been using something similar but it's too small.

ASorry I've only ever worked with ateco and a small wooden lazy susan. I haven't had any problems with ateco.

You can buy a round cutting board or Lowes and craft stores have some precut circles. Then you can buy a lazy susan kit or my woodcraft store has the spinning hardware with ball bearings. Simple to make your own...hmmm...maybe I can make those and sell them someday...

Which ateco did you get, Im not sure which one has the ball bearings.

The 612 seems to have the cast base but no mention of ball bearings

The 613, doesn't seem to have the cast base but maybe has the ball bearings,

CONFUSED!!!

Hoping someone has tried both and can advise.

The other turntable mentioned above looks great but I think I am wanting something with a few inches of height

Thanks for showing me an alternative.
