Hi,

I need to know if a ganache frosted or ganache stuffed chocolate cake can be cut into pieces and packed in a air tight container n flown in a plane?

Will the ganache melt and become a mess?

It would be a 4 hour flight.

Thanks

NCP

I transported 3 tiers all ganache filled and crumb coated then covered in fondant no problem- took them in my hand luggage to be sure they were handled kindly :-)

AI had a decorating class in England in June, and i bought the cake home with me to Australia. Flight time was 30 hours, via Dubai. No problems, it was my hand luggage.
