I have a bride coming for a tasting next week and I am a little stumped. She would like a cake with smaller cakes below. I am not really sure how to price this out and would like some help. Also do I consider each cake for one person? Thank you for your help! These aren't my cakes but are some examples

AWe can't tell you how to price your cakes, things to consider are ingredients, overhead, time (including prep, shopping, cleaning, etc.). Check out Jason Krafts website, it's under the other pricing threads.

I can tell you that those mini cakes will take you a long time so price accordingly! Try making a few before you quote her. If she wants a lot I would recommend purchasing some specialty pans for mini cakes.
