AA quick question, I am brand new to this and love all the advice! Wondering when filling cake with whipped choc ganache and butter cream crumbed your cake. Do you leave it out or in fridge ?
Have two minds about this would love to know what practice you use!

I leave it out. Your ganache will get really hard in the fridge. Plus cake tastes better at room temp
