Hi all! I'm pretty new here both at Cake Central and cake decorating. I've just started using fondant to cover and decorate my cakes about a few months ago. My second fondant covered cake I made was on Monday, about 4 days ago. My question is, how long can the cake be kept once it's cut? It's a chocolate mud cake and I cut it on Wednesday. TIA!
